A Little About Us…

After graduating from San Diego State University, I quickly realized that real estate was the perfect career for me. I love where I live, and I genuinely enjoy helping others find a place they can call home.

With 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, I’ve had the opportunity to work with new home builders and property management companies, and I’m now a broker with Knopp Coastal Realty, where I have the privilege of working alongside two of the top agents in the county and Camino Hills expert, Maribeth Hottell.

I live in Carlsbad with my husband and our three boys, who are all big Padres fans. We feel incredibly fortunate to live in such a beautiful place with some of the best weather around. We love being active and each enjoy playing the sport of our choice—tennis is mine!

My connection to Camino Hills goes beyond real estate. When my parents were ready to retire, we began searching for a community in Carlsbad that offered affordability, a great location, convenient amenities, a friendly atmosphere, and long-term investment potential. When we discovered Camino Hills, it felt like the perfect fit.

My parents have now called Camino Hills home for several years and have become active members of the community. I represented my parents in the purchase of their Camino Hills home, where I first met Maribeth who was the listing agent. That connection has grown into the partnership we have today. Maribeth is a longtime Camino Hills resident and neighborhood specialist with a deep knowledge of the community. As she transitions into retirement, I’m excited to partner with her and continue serving the Camino Hills community.
